The Digital Atlas of the Jews of the Ancient World 332 BCE – 640 CE is a research tool designed to centralize the textual and archaeological information regarding Jews in the ancient world from the following sources of information: Jewish literature from the Second Temple period; rabbinic literature; Greco-Roman literature; papyrlogy and archeological finds. The data is displayed in GIS technology, in a way that allows cross-referencing of data and the creation of maps according to sub-corpora and cross-sections between the various corpora.
